How to assemble our modular display systems
Our systems consist of aluminum frames and a frame. The structure of modular display systems from Clever Frame consists of specially prepared sheets made of different materials and plastics. The modular sheets are attached to the aluminum frames with magnetic strips or Velcro strips.
After installing the panel, you should always check that it is appropriately and securely fastened.
Below we give you some guidelines for the responsible use of our custom modular solutions so that you can understand how easy it is to manage our modular systems by yourself.
Clever Frame modular display panels should permanently be mounted on a level surface.
Before installing electrical devices, ensure that all electrical wires are not damaged or pinched by the stand base.
Electrical devices should not be plugged in before the stand is assembled.
If light sources other than rental LED screens are used, it is necessary to check that they are placed at the proper distance from the panels and do not cause overheating of the panels’ surface.
It is recommended to fix the panels with protective gloves to avoid dirty stains on the boards.
In the case of stand construction, the elements of which have a height of more than 2.5 m, we strongly recommend using retaining rings (ACSo8), which can be purchased in our online store modular display systems.
These elements are an additional protection against falling out of modular display panels in case of substantial impacts or draughts. Their use prevents accidents.
The Clever Frame system, without particular elements, is intended for indoor use only. Therefore, the system must not be exposed to the external environment.

Price of custom booth displays
It is impossible to name the price of a custom modular stand until the engineer has seen its design, knows the size of the building, and learns information about the materials from which the customer wants to build his structure.
For example, the customer may want to make a green branded wall with a company logo from artificial lichen or living greenery simply by printing a banner with a picture of vegetation. These are all different options and materials used, although the result is achieving the goal depicted by the designer in the booth layout. Likewise, a wall is trimmed with green elements. But the price of the material when making different decisions, as you understand, will be different.
Therefore, we can’t tell you the cost of a custom modular display until you understand all the points above.

Custom stands are developed individually, taking into account the needs and wishes of the customer, so a custom modular stand can only be ordered from scratch.
But you can choose one of our ready-made modular kits and assemble a custom solution for yourself. You can either buy a kit or rent one.
We can offer you a suitable modular custom exhibition stand if you have a small exhibition stand.
You can send us the used graphics, and we will safely dispose of them. If so , you will receive a 20% discount on future graphics orders from us.
The cost of renting a booth includes the aluminum frame, panels, and all the elements and equipment you will need for the event.
When you buy a modular set, you buy a set of aluminum frames, prefabricated panels, and fasteners. You can also purchase additional equipment to personalize your booth.
Each set of modular systems includes instructions for assembling and disassembling elements. Our modular constructions are as easy to assemble as a child’s tower of cubes! If you ordered a custom modular system, we would include detailed assembly instructions if you choose to make your booth.
We give ten years warranty on aluminum frames and 12 months warranty on panels and connectors.
If you order a standard set of designs, we will ship your order as soon as possible. If you requested a booth layout design for your modular system, it would take up to one month to fulfill your order.
Standard sets of modular systems come in several sizes. The smallest group, consisting of 12 panels to build an area of up to 15 square meters, does not exceed the size of two boxes 120×100 mm.

Clever Frame® frames are made of aluminum profiles and (depending on configuration) magnetic or sticky tapes used to support the filler.
- Frames should not be stored or used at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius (the magnetic properties of the tapes are lost);
- Frames should be protected from moisture;
- Protect the construction from mechanical damage (do not drop, do not put without a frame);
- Protect the frames from mechanical damage (do not drop, do not stand unsupported, do not hit the frames against the ground, etc., as the system may lose its integrity during subsequent reassembly);
- Graphic panels should be packaged printed side to side and magnetic side to magnetic side;
- Modular systems and accessories should be stored in a dry place at room temperature, free from accidental mechanical damage, in the packaging provided by the manufacturer;
- Clean your designs with a cloth and mild cleaning agents for smooth surfaces. Do not use brushes or harsh alcohol-based detergents.
